Full Logging and Tracking History
The system automatically stores all relevant data in cloud storage to ensure it is safe and secure. It keeps a log of both completed and uncompleted jobs so they can be easily viewed for future reference or analysis. This includes the location history of all drivers so you can see exactly where they have been during any given time period.

Filtered Reports
Data can be easily extracted in order to generate reports that can be as simple or detailed as required. This helps to cut down the hours you would otherwise need to spend on getting these results manually. With specific search filters such as date ranges and exact address locations, our dispatch system makes generating reports and searching for data simple tasks. Alternatively, you can manually search through the complete history log to find exactly what it is you are looking for.

Messaging Service
The dispatch software allows users to quickly and easily send a message to a single driver, selection of drivers, or to the entire fleet. Messages are received via the Online Taxi Driver app, which drivers will have installed on their smartphones or tablets. The messaging service lets you communicate with drivers without the need for phone calls or text messages, which can be costly and disturbing to passengers.

Future Bookings
All bookings are recorded and future bookings can be added to the system. Upon creating the booking, all relevant data will be stored and the dispatch system will ensure that the booking is assigned to a driver and the job is fulfilled. The details of regular customers are also able to be stored in the system, making it quicker and easier for both the customer and the dispatcher the next time they book a taxi.

Panic Button
The Online Taxi Driver app has a built in panic button, allowing drivers to be discrete when using it. This is a crucial feature for ensuring the safety of your drivers. It works by sending an alert to the call centre, who answer the alert by phoning the driver. This phone call will be answered instantly using our auto pick-up feature. A key feature that distinguishes our panic button from others is that it must be tested each time the driver logs in to the Online Taxi Driver App, eliminating the chance of failure going unnoticed.

Driver Groups and Ranks
Group your drivers according to location or type of vehicle, such as drivers at the airport or vans. This makes dispatching easier, particularly for larger fleets, and allows the dispatcher to see only the vehicles in a certain group at any time. The ranking feature allows your drivers to be allocated work based on their position in the queue and their suitability for the job.

Suburbs and Geofences
Create and customise your own geofences to highlight certain areas on a map. These can be standard suburbs for easy area location and job allocation, or customisable areas that suit your company’s individual needs. These areas are used throughout the system making it easier to locate drivers and generate reports.

Autocomplete Addresses
driver lock-out
The system records and monitors the expiry dates of your drivers' licences, registrations and warrants of fitness. This feature will lock out drivers who attempt to login with expired documentation, so they are unable to work without rectifying their situation first. Drivers will also be unable to log onto the app if they have not taken sufficient breaks, eliminating the chance of overworking.
